The first cider cuvée by Alain Milliat, born from a collaboration with a Norman producer committed to organic farming for over 50 years.
The apples, carefully selected at full ripeness, are pressed and then undergo a long fermentation before being blended. The natural secondary fermentation, developed over several months, gives this cider a fine and elegant effervescence.
